I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was great, right near Pandanaran street and the city center, which made exploring Semarang easy. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the room I received on New Year's Eve wasn't ready when I arrived, and overall, the cleanliness was lacking. The dining options were also disappointing with limited variation. Despite the issues, the value for money was decent.
